At DC Shoes, we stand by our quality and want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system to ensure your package is tracked correctly.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original box or a similar sturdy container, making sure to include all original tags and the packing slip.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
